We are not your employer. We don’t take a cut of your service revenue. We are not a staffing company. We don’t tell you how to run your service business.

We are your equipment bank. You bring the deal, the client, and the technical skills. We bring the capital, the equipment, and the back-office (billing, insurance, logistics, end-of-life). This is the same model we already operate — we’re just scaling it.

You Handle

Client relationship, installation, preventive maintenance, service / repair. Your service business, your rates, your relationship. We don’t touch it.
