A service network organized by modality
We have built a national network of independent service organizations staffed by field engineers who specialize in the exact modalities we rent. Certified techs for GE C-arms, Zeiss microscope specialists, Stryker endoscopy experts. Your equipment is serviced by an engineer who specializes in that specific piece.
If your facility already has a biomed partner, our service agreements plug into that relationship. This network is why service is included in every rental.

Most bank equipment finance groups have age and brand restrictions that exclude perfectly functional refurbished surgical equipment. We source, inspect, certify, and warrant older equipment that still has thousands of cases of useful life, then finance it through flexible rental terms. For ASCs that do not need the latest model year to deliver great patient outcomes, that means high-quality equipment at a fraction of the cost.

1 Every unit ships inspected and certified, and stays covered for the full rental term: preventive maintenance, parts, and labor, arranged and paid by us through our national ISO network. Tell us a unit is down and we respond within 24 hours; if it cannot be repaired in time for your schedule, we deploy a replacement. Coverage excludes physical damage, misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s instructions, and repairs performed by anyone we have not authorized. Refurbished purchases and rent-to-own buyouts carry a 90-day warranty from delivery.
