Surgical Equipment Rentals
Surgery centers & ASCs

Your equipment partner for surgery centers

We rent surgical equipment to your center instead of selling it to you, for a few weeks, a few months, or a few years. It arrives certified, and keeping it running is our job for the whole term.

The math

Buy new vs. rent from us

Capital tied up in a C-arm is capital that is not growing your caseload. And a unit that is down costs you the cases already on the board.

Buy new
$150K–$400K+
Upfront, per unit, before the first case is booked.
Capital locked into one brand and one model for the next decade
A CapEx cycle sitting between the surgeon start date and the equipment
OEM lead times of 6 to 12 weeks, longer for configured units
A service contract negotiated separately, typically $15K to $30K a year
Depreciation, obsolescence, and disposition all on your balance sheet
When it goes down, finding the tech is your job
Rent from us
One monthly number
Equipment, warranty, and service coordination in a single line item.
On your floor in days, so the surgeon start date holds
Inspected, certified, and covered for the full term
An operating expense, so no CapEx cycle and no board item
Swap or upgrade the unit as the case mix changes
Parts, labor, and preventive maintenance inside the monthly number
Return it, extend the term, or buy it out at the end

We also finance older refurbished equipment that traditional lenders will not touch. A seven-year-old GE OEC still has life in it.

End of rental: return it, extend the term, or buy it out

1 Every unit ships inspected and certified, and stays covered for the full rental term: preventive maintenance, parts, and labor, arranged and paid by us through our national ISO network. Tell us a unit is down and we respond within 24 hours; if it cannot be repaired in time for your schedule, we deploy a replacement. Coverage excludes physical damage, misuse, operation outside the manufacturer’s instructions, and repairs performed by anyone we have not authorized. Refurbished purchases and rent-to-own buyouts carry a 90-day warranty from delivery.

Service coverage

Service is inside the monthly number

Service is the part of an equipment decision that usually gets settled last and costs the most. On our rentals it is settled at quote time and carried by us.

01

Preventive maintenance

We put every unit on a maintenance schedule and pay for it. Your biomed team does not track intervals, book technicians, or approve invoices for our equipment.

Applies to
Every rental, every term length.
02

Parts and labor

If the machine fails in normal use, the repair is ours to arrange and ours to pay for, through field engineers who specialize in the modality rather than whoever is available.

Applies to
First day of the term to the last.
03

Replacement if needed

Tell us a unit is down and we respond within 24 hours. If it cannot be repaired in time for your schedule, we deploy a replacement unit.

Applies to
Any modality we rent, anywhere we deploy.
Why centers call

When surgery centers call us

Adding a service line, procedure, or surgeon

A new surgeon, a new procedure, or a new service line such as pain management, ortho, or ENT. The equipment arrives without a CapEx approval cycle, so the start date holds.

Equipment failure bridge

Your scope tower is down and the board is full. We deploy a replacement rather than waiting on a purchase order.

Volume surge

Seasonal or post-acquisition case growth. Rent to match demand instead of buying for a peak.

Full OR setup

For a de novo ASC or a new procedure room we outfit the whole thing: C-arm, scope tower, microscope, monitors, table. One call, one vendor, one rental agreement.

Rent-to-own evaluation

Where the volume does not yet justify a purchase, rent it. Prove the caseload, then buy it out or send it back.

Older equipment nobody will finance

We finance refurbished units traditional lenders will not touch. A seven-year-old GE OEC still has life in it, and we will put it to work.

How we ensure uptime

A national service network behind every rental

We coordinate and pay for service through our national ISO network, using field engineers who specialize in the modality. Tell us a unit is down and we respond within 24 hours. If it cannot be repaired in time for your schedule, we deploy a replacement.

If a unit goes down, arranging and paying for the repair or the replacement is our job.
