Emergency replacement equipment, deployed fast

When your client's unit goes down mid-schedule, you need a machine on site before the next case, not a purchase order cycle. We deploy certified replacements nationally.

How emergency rental works

01

Call it in

Modality, site, and how fast. We check our own inventory and our national dealer network at the same time.

02

We deploy

Certified, warranted, and shipped on weekly or monthly terms without waiting on the facility purchase order.

03

You stay the hero

Your tech handles installation and integration. The client sees you solve it; the rental paper is ours and the relationship stays yours.

04

Repair at your pace

With a loaner in the room you can do the repair properly instead of against a case schedule. When the primary unit is back, we pick up the rental.

Pricing: premium short-term rates, with no long-term commitment required.

Standing arrangement

Turn a 7 a.m. emergency into a single phone call

Set up a standing agreement so your team can deploy rental equipment with one call: pre-negotiated rates, pre-approved credit, and no paperwork at 7 a.m. When the primary unit is repaired, we pick the rental up.

Questions we get

How fast can a replacement be on site?

Often within days, sometimes faster depending on modality and location. Call it in with the site and the machine and we will tell you the real timeline immediately.

Can the rental run while we repair the owned unit?

Yes, and that is the most common version of this. A short-term rental covers the schedule while the repair happens on a sane timeline.

What does an emergency deployment cost?

Premium short-term rates, with no long-term commitment required. A standing agreement sets the rates and the credit approval in advance.

What a referral pays
Up to 10% of monthly rental revenue, for as long as the equipment stays deployed.

Referral compensation is at all times subject to compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory law, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and its state equivalents.

Option 1

Refer directly

Send us a facility that needs equipment. We quote, deploy, and service it. You earn on every rental that facility signs, for as long as it keeps renting.

Option 2

Sell us equipment

Idle units in your shop, trade-ins, or a whole room from a closure. We buy nationally for cash, and the piece goes back out on rental instead of aging on your floor.

We handle

Equipment sourcing, credit and financing, deployment, national ISO service, billing, insurance, logistics, and end-of-life disposition. And paying you, on time.

You do

The introduction. Optionally, stay in the loop and keep the relationship warm. You never touch a piece of equipment.

How referral fees are structured

Every referral partnership runs on a written agreement, and referral fees are tied to equipment rental transactions rather than to patient volume or clinical decisions. Your client gets certified, warranted equipment backed by real service, so the introduction only reflects well on you.

Eligibility note: this program is built for commercial equipment-rental introductions. Certain referral sources may be restricted. Every arrangement is at all times subject to compliance with applicable healthcare regulatory law, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and its state equivalents, and we do not pay a referral fee where an arrangement cannot be structured to comply.

What you get

Zero operational lift

We handle sourcing, financing, deployment, service, billing, and paper.

Next step

A unit is down and the board is full. Call it in.

We come back with terms, not a brochure. A phone call is enough to start.
