Surgical Equipment Rental in Dallas, TX
Surgery centers across Dallas–Fort Worth sit in a metro with two downtowns and a ring of fast-growing northern suburbs. We deliver to the site, set the unit up, and keep it serviced for the full term.
C-arms, surgical microscopes, endoscopy towers, anesthesia machines and OR tables, on weekly to multi-year terms.
Texas licensing and rented equipment
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission licenses ambulatory surgical centers under Health and Safety Code chapter 243. The licensing rules moved from 25 TAC chapter 135 to 26 TAC chapter 508 in January 2025, so an older checklist may cite the wrong section.
Section 508.11 requires calibration and preventive maintenance on all equipment according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. That covers a rented C-arm the same way it covers one you own. Ask for the PM and calibration history on any unit we quote and we send it with the proposal.
Texas does not run a certificate-of-need program for surgery centers, so a new center’s opening date comes down to build-out, licensing and equipment lead times. A rental lets the center open on schedule when an OEM order runs late.
The DFW surgical market
Baylor Scott & White Health, Texas Health Resources, Methodist Health System, UT Southwestern Medical Center and Medical City Healthcare all run hospitals and outpatient surgery across the metroplex. If your center is a joint venture with one of them, we work to the system’s biomed intake and documentation as well as yours.
Dallas equipment rental questions
Which Texas rules apply to a rented C-arm?
The same ones that apply to an owned unit: 26 TAC 508.11 for calibration and preventive maintenance, and 508.14 for written radiation safety policies, shielding and staff dosimetry. Your radiation safety program covers the unit while it is on site, and we supply the equipment records.
Can you cover a DFW center that opens before its equipment arrives?
Yes. Send the opening date and the room list. We get in touch within 24 hours and send a proposal within 48, on terms that end when your purchased equipment is installed.
Do you have a location in Dallas?
No, and that is by design. We deploy from a national inventory and service through a national ISO network, so you get certified equipment fast without the overhead of a local showroom baked into your rate.
Who services the equipment in Dallas?
Field engineers from our national ISO network who specialize in the modality. We arrange the service and we pay for it, for the full rental term.
Need a unit in Dallas? Tell us the modality and the date.
We come back with terms, not a brochure. A phone call is enough to start.
