Surgical Equipment Rental in Houston, TX
Houston surgery runs from the Texas Medical Center out to Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Katy and Pearland. We deliver to centers across the metro and keep the equipment serviced for the full term.
C-arms, surgical microscopes, endoscopy towers, anesthesia machines and OR tables, on weekly to multi-year terms.
Built around the Medical Center
The Texas Medical Center describes itself as the largest medical complex in the world and reports more than 180,000 surgeries a year on its campus. Memorial Hermann, Houston Methodist, HCA Houston Healthcare, MD Anderson and CommonSpirit (formerly St. Luke’s Health) all operate in and around it, with outpatient surgery sites spread across the suburbs.
For centers tied to one of these systems, we match the system’s biomed intake process and paperwork.
When a storm takes a room offline
Hurricane season and street flooding are part of planning on the Gulf Coast. When water or a power event takes a C-arm or anesthesia machine out of service, a weekly rental keeps the schedule running while the claim and the OEM repair work through.
Send us your room list before the season starts and we will quote replacements in advance, so the paperwork is done before you need it.
The Texas rule to read for C-arm rentals
Houston centers are licensed by HHSC under 26 TAC chapter 508, the same rules as the rest of the state. Section 508.14 requires written policies on electrical, mechanical and radiation hazards, shielding and staff dosimetry for any imaging done in the center, and it applies to a rented C-arm from the day it arrives.
Houston equipment rental questions
Can a rental replace equipment damaged in a flood or power event?
Yes. We deploy on weekly terms, so you rent only until the repair or replacement lands. Send the modality and the room and we get in touch within 24 hours.
Do you deliver inside the Texas Medical Center?
Yes, and to centers across the suburbs. Include the dock or receiving details with your request so delivery is scheduled against your receiving hours.
Do you have a location in Houston?
No, and that is by design. We deploy from a national inventory and service through a national ISO network, so you get certified equipment fast without the overhead of a local showroom baked into your rate.
Who services the equipment in Houston?
Field engineers from our national ISO network who specialize in the modality. We arrange the service and we pay for it, for the full rental term.
Need a unit in Houston? Tell us the modality and the date.
We come back with terms, not a brochure. A phone call is enough to start.
